Sign in with a one-time password

Use the code an operator gave you. It works once, expires in five minutes, and signs you in only far enough to set a new password and re-enrol your authenticator.

Three groups of four characters. Case, spaces and dashes do not matter. If your account has an authenticator, one of the last two is required - the code from the app, a recovery code, or your password. Fill in whichever one you still have.
